| Peter Gregory Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the Board Peter is an experienced, proven leader in the utility industry, having served as: CEO, CFO, BD, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, and Software Manufacturing at utility industry companies including General Electric, EnerNet Associates, and Real Enterprise Solutions. He holds a Master of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from Purdue University and a Masters in Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida, and served as an Officer in the U.S. Navy Nuclear Power program. |

Steve Pullins Steve has more than 30 years of utility industry experience in operations, maintenance, engineering, and renewables project development. He previously led the nation’s Modern Grid Strategy for DOE’s National Energy Technology Laboratory. Mr. Pullins is leading two renewables startups, one in biopower and one in solar system applications. He has worked with more than 20 utilities in Smart Grid strategies, renewables strategies, power system optimization, operations transformation, and RTO/ISO operational processes. He has led five utility or state Smart Grid implementation planning efforts. Mr. Pullins is the vice-chair of the IEEE PES Intelligent Grid Coordinating Committee and a member of the Smart Grid Interoperability Panel and the OpenSG (Smart Grid) group. He holds a BS and MS in Engineering. |

| John Camilleri Executive Vice President Product Development John leads the organization as the power industry expert with respect to the development of innovative solutions for the smart utility of the future. John served in the Operations division of AREVA T&D providing leadership to the engineering and product development organizations as well as working closely with utility customers. For Microsoft, John managed developments of security features and architecture for several windows mobile product lines. John holds both a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University, is a Senior Member of IEEE and is active in the Architecture Group within NIST working on Smart Grid Security Guidelines. |

John Westerman
Mr. Westerman has more than 20 years experience in the development, evaluation, application, and testing of energy technologies. He has supported energy technology evaluation activities for the California Energy Commission, the Electric Power Research Institute, the Gas Research Institute, the U.S. Army Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (a division of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers), U.S. Department of Energy, New York State Energy Research and Development Authority, and numerous utility companies. Mr. Westerman was the past Chairman of the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce Energy Committee. He holds an MBA and a BS in Physics.
